이 약관은 담뿍(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 콘텐츠 운영 자동화 콘솔 OpsDeck(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
서비스는 이용자의 기기에 설치되어 다음 기능을 제공합니다.
서비스는 이용자 본인의 계정에만 게시합니다. 제3자 계정에 대한 접근이나 대행 게시는 제공하지 않습니다.
이용자는 자신이 정당한 권한을 가진 계정만 연동해야 합니다. 연동에 사용되는 API 키와 액세스 토큰의 발급·보관·폐기는 이용자의 책임이며, 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 이용자는 언제든 연동을 해제할 수 있습니다.
서비스가 만든 콘텐츠의 최종 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 인공지능을 이용해 초안을 생성하며, 사실과 다르거나 불완전한 내용이 포함될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 발행 전에 내용을 직접 확인해야 하며, 서비스는 발행 전 승인 절차를 통해 이를 돕습니다.
이용자는 다음을 준수해야 합니다.
서비스가 생성한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 서비스 자체의 소프트웨어와 상표에 대한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다. 서비스가 활용하는 제3자 소재(무료 이미지, 배경음악, 글꼴 등)는 각 제공자의 라이선스를 따르며, 이용자는 해당 라이선스가 요구하는 출처 표기와 이용 범위를 지켜야 합니다.
서비스는 기능 제공을 위해 제3자 API(LLM 제공자, 음성 합성, 소재 검색, 메신저, 발행 플랫폼 등)를 사용합니다. 해당 서비스의 이용 요금, 이용 한도, 정책 변경, 장애는 각 제공자의 책임 영역이며, 이로 인한 서비스 기능의 제한에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자는 각 제공자와 직접 계약하여 자신의 API 키를 사용합니다.
이용자는 서비스를 이용하여 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
회사는 다음에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
회사는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 개정일과 함께 게시합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제소합니다.

Effective 16 September 2026. OpsDeck is a desktop application operated by Dambbuk (담뿍), Republic of Korea.
OpsDeck researches topics from publicly available sources, drafts blog posts, card images and short-form videos, runs an approval step, and publishes approved content to the user's own channels. It publishes only to accounts the user has personally connected; it offers no posting on behalf of third parties.
Content is drafted with AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The user is responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and the approval step exists for that purpose. Users must verify facts and sources, respect copyright, likeness and trademark rights, comply with each publishing platform's terms and community guidelines, and must not publish misinformation, hateful or unlawful content.
Content generated by the service belongs to the user. The software and brand belong to the company. Third-party assets (stock images, background music, fonts) remain subject to their own licences, and the user must honour the attribution and usage terms those licences require.
The service relies on third-party APIs, which the user contracts with directly using their own keys. Their pricing, limits, policy changes and outages are outside the company's control.
Users must not access or post to accounts they do not own, engage in spam or engagement manipulation, republish scraped third-party content, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software, or use the service unlawfully.
The company is not liable for the accuracy of generated content or the consequences of publishing it, for platform enforcement actions against a user's account, for credential loss caused by the user's own device security, or for third-party service outages — except where Korean law provides otherwise for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
