담뿍(이하 "회사")은 콘텐츠 운영 자동화 콘솔 OpsDeck(이하 "서비스")을 제공합니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 다루고, 그 정보가 어디에 저장되며, 연결된 소셜 미디어 계정에 무엇을 하는지 설명합니다.

서비스는 이용자의 이름, 연락처, 주소, 결제 정보, 위치 정보, 연락처 목록, 기기 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용 행태를 추적하는 분석 도구나 광고 식별자를 사용하지 않습니다.
이용자가 자신의 계정을 연결하면, 서비스는 해당 플랫폼이 발급한 토큰을 이용자 기기에 저장하고 아래 범위에서만 사용합니다.
instagram_business_basic — 연결된 계정이 맞는지 확인하기 위해 계정 식별자와 사용자 이름을 조회합니다.instagram_business_content_publish — 이용자가 승인한 이미지·영상을 해당 계정에 게시합니다.user.info.basic — 연결된 계정이 맞는지 확인하기 위해 기본 프로필 정보를 조회합니다.video.upload — 이용자가 승인한 영상을 이용자 계정의 초안함으로 전송합니다. 게시 여부는 이용자가 TikTok 앱에서 직접 결정합니다.video.publish — (해당 권한이 승인된 경우) 이용자가 승인한 영상을 이용자 계정에 게시합니다.서비스는 연결된 계정에서 다음을 하지 않습니다: 기존 게시물이나 댓글·메시지를 수집·저장·분석하는 행위, 팔로워 목록이나 인사이트를 추출하는 행위, 이용자 콘텐츠를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하는 행위, 다른 이용자의 계정에 접근하는 행위, 자동 팔로우·좋아요 등 참여 조작 행위.
콘텐츠를 만들고 발행하려면 아래 서비스로 데이터가 전송됩니다. 전송은 이용자가 해당 기능을 사용할 때만 일어나며, 각 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

회사는 이 과정에서 이용자의 데이터를 별도로 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 보관되며, 보관 기간은 이용자가 정합니다. 콘솔에서 항목을 삭제하거나 데이터 폴더를 지우면 즉시 파기됩니다. 프로그램을 삭제하면 해당 데이터도 함께 제거됩니다.
이용자는 언제든 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.
권한을 해제하면 서비스는 해당 계정에 더 이상 접근할 수 없습니다. 플랫폼에서 받은 데이터의 삭제를 요청하시려면 아래 문의처로 연락해 주시기 바라며, 요청 접수 후 30일 이내에 처리합니다.
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 각 소셜 미디어 플랫폼이 정한 최소 연령 요건이 함께 적용됩니다.
자격증명은 이용자 기기의 설정 파일에 저장되며, 콘솔 화면에서는 가려진 상태로 표시됩니다. 외부 서비스와의 통신은 모두 HTTPS로 이루어집니다. 다만 기기 자체의 보안(운영체제 계정 보호, 디스크 암호화 등)은 이용자의 관리 범위에 있습니다.
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 개정일과 함께 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 안내합니다.

Effective 16 September 2026. OpsDeck is a desktop application operated by Dambbuk (담뿍), Republic of Korea.
OpsDeck runs on the user's own computer. Credentials, channel settings, generated content and run history are stored locally on that computer only. We do not operate a server that receives, stores or analyses user content or account data. We collect no names, contact details, payment data, location data or device identifiers, and use no analytics or advertising SDKs.
When a user connects their own account, the platform-issued token is stored on the user's device and used only within these scopes:
instagram_business_basic to confirm which account is
connected; instagram_business_content_publish to publish media the user has approved.user.info.basic to confirm which account is connected;
video.upload to send an approved video to the user's own drafts, where the user decides
whether to post it; video.publish, where granted, to publish a video the user approved.OpsDeck publishes only to the connecting user's own account. It does not read, store or analyse existing posts, comments or messages; does not extract follower lists or insights; does not sell or share user content with third parties; does not access any other person's account; and performs no engagement automation such as auto-following or auto-liking.
To produce and publish content, data is sent to the services the user has enabled: LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for drafting, ElevenLabs for speech synthesis, Pixabay for stock search, a messenger (e.g. Telegram) for the approval step, and the publishing platforms themselves. Each provider's own privacy policy applies. We retain nothing from these exchanges.
The user controls retention entirely; deleting an item in the console, deleting the data folder, or uninstalling the application destroys the data immediately. Access can be revoked at any time by clearing the token in the console, or from Instagram (Settings → Apps and Websites) or TikTok (Settings → Security and login → Manage app permissions). To request deletion of data obtained from a platform, contact us at the address below; we respond within 30 days.
The service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Each platform's own minimum-age requirements also apply.
